PlanCalq provides free home-project calculators and planning tools. This policy explains the information that may be processed when you use the website.
My Project and local storage
Measurements and project information saved through My Project are stored locally in your browser for the V1 product. PlanCalq does not receive that locally stored project information simply because you save it in My Project.
Server and technical information
Like most websites, hosting, content-delivery and security providers may process technical information required to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and security logs.
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
PlanCalq loads Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager on production pages to understand website usage and manage measurement tags. These services can process device, browser, interaction and usage information and may use cookies or similar technologies. Their storage and processing behaviour can vary by region, Google configuration and consent signals.
PlanCalq does not claim that every analytics request is blocked until a visitor makes a consent choice. The site code loads the analytics/tag scripts on production pages; consent behaviour for Google services is also affected by settings managed in Google systems outside this website repository.
Google AdSense and advertising
PlanCalq is configured for Google AdSense on selected content pages such as the homepage, calculator directory, calculator pages and planning guides. The AdSense script is intentionally excluded from Contact, Privacy, Cookies, Terms, My Project and error pages.
Where advertising is served, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure, personalise and protect advertising where permitted. Ads may be based on page content, general location, prior activity or other signals allowed by applicable law and the consent choices available to the visitor.
Consent and regional privacy choices
For Google advertising in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, PlanCalq is configured to use Google's European regulations message, a Google-certified consent management platform. That message is managed through Google AdSense rather than in the PlanCalq source code, so its availability and detailed behaviour can change independently of a website deployment.
Consent controls shown by Google may affect advertising and other Google-service storage or processing according to the settings configured in Google. Browser controls and Google privacy controls provide additional ways to manage cookies and advertising preferences.
Third-party links
PlanCalq may link to retailers, service providers or other external websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Your choices
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any consent controls presented on PlanCalq. You can also remove locally saved PlanCalq project information through My Project or your browser's site-data settings.
